Dr. Bau Dilam Ardyansyah is a medical educator and researcher specialising in interprofessional education (IPE) and collaborative practice. Her work focusses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of IPE and interprofessional collaborative practice (IPC), particularly in hospital-based settings where complex team dynamics shape learning and patient care. She is actively engaged in advancing educational strategies that integrate interprofessional learning into clinical training environments, alongside broader contributions to health professions education, including assessment, curriculum innovation, and faculty development.
