At SingHealth Community Health Office of Learning (SCHOOL), Clara supports curriculum development, training operations, partnerships, and capability-building initiatives across health and social care. As an adult educator, she designs and delivers workplace learning that equips healthcare professionals, Wellbeing Coordinators, volunteers, community partners, and aspiring practitioners with the knowledge and skills to deliver person-centred, integrated care.

Beginning her career as a nurse, Clara has since held roles in community engagement, communications, education, and programme development across the healthcare and public sectors. This multidisciplinary experience has shaped her passion for bridging clinical care, community support, public health, and adult learning.

She has facilitated workshops for diverse learner groups, including healthcare professionals, scientists, young adults, and community care practitioners. At SCHOOL, she has contributed to the development of programmes in care navigation, volunteer management, and the Specialist Diploma in Integrating Health and Social Care. Her work focuses on building capability in engagement, resource navigation, motivational communication, community asset mapping, and supporting patients beyond clinical care.
