Dr Dong holds a PhD in Educational Communication and Technology from New York University. She previously served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the NYU School of Medicine, with a focus on medical education through digital technology and simulation. She has also worked at the Centre for Medical Education at the National University of Singapore. She is currently based at Sengkang General Hospital, and her work includes education management, faculty development, and education research.
