Dr Endang Lestari, M.Ed., M.Med.Ed., is the Director of the Centre for Interprofessional Education and Research at Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), Semarang, Indonesia. A lecturer and researcher specialising in medical and health professional education, she brings a particular focus on Interprofessional Education and Collaboration (IPEC) to her work. She is also a faculty member at the UNISSULA Medical School, where she contributes to the development and delivery of medical education.

Beyond her institutional role, Dr Endang is a prominent figure in the regional interprofessional education landscape. She serves as Co-Lead of the Asia Pacific Interprofessional Education and Collaboration (APIPEC) Network, and is a national evaluator of Interprofessional Education (IPE) curriculum in Indonesia.
