Dr Fatikhu Yatuni Asmara serves as a lecturer in the Nursing Department at the Medical Faculty of Universitas Diponegoro. Her specialisation lies in nursing education, with a particular focus on assessment methodologies. She actively participates in an interprofessional education (IPE) programme at her institution and spearheads several innovations in delivering the IPE programmes within community settings. These innovations include the development of an assessment system and the implementation of reflective practice through self-reflection using a logbook as an instrument. The current emphasis of the IPE programme is to evaluate its impact on health outcomes, such as antenatal care, child malnutrition, and non-communicable diseases among adults and the elderly.
