Yang Yann is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education Advancement at Duke-NUS Medical School, and co-leads the Centre for Healthcare Education Research and Scholarship (CHERS) at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medicine Education Institute. A qualitative researcher, her work focusses on feedback, translational education, and interprofessional collaborative practice. Drawing on systems theories, her scholarship identifies practical levers for change to shift individual and social practices. In 2022, she was awarded a Tertiary Research Fund Grant from Singapore’s Ministry of Education.
