Gary is Administrative Lead of the Office of Well-Being at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He oversees the development and enhancement of programmes that promote a supportive, inclusive, and positive culture of well-being across the institution. His work is grounded in organisational development, change management, and effective stakeholder engagement.

As a Quality Improvement (QI) Coach Faculty, Gary has coached numerous QI teams and completed multiple improvement initiatives. His contributions have earned awards and in May 2021, he published a paper titled “Implementation of a QI Roadmap in the Department of Internal Medicine of an Academic Medical Centre in Singapore.”

Gary also holds a concurrent appointment as Senior Education Associate with Duke-NUS Medical School. He has contributed to three AMEI Education Grant projects, including serving as Principal Investigator for one of the projects, titled “Developing an Innovative QI Education Programme for Medicine ACP".
