Ms Gayathri D/O Rajandaran holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and further advanced her clinical expertise with an Advanced Diploma in Orthopaedic Nursing. She brings a strong clinical foundation alongside a commitment to professional development and education.

Since joining the Nursing Education Department, Ms Gayathri has been actively involved in the training and development of both nursing staff and students. In her role as Senior Clinical Instructor, she provides clinical supervision and preceptorship, guiding nurses in translating knowledge into safe, competent practice while building their confidence in clinical decision-making.

Beyond her teaching responsibilities, she is also a member of multiple educational projects, contributing to the design and implementation of innovative learning initiatives that enhance clinical training and engagement. In addition, Ms Gayathri plays a key role in programme coordination. She oversees the Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) training for staff at Changi General Hospital (CGH) and supports the training and upskilling of Care Support Associates. Her work reflects a strong dedication to nurturing clinical excellence and strengthening workforce capability within the healthcare setting.
