James is the founder of AILYZE, an AI-assisted qualitative data analysis (QDA) platform supporting thematic analysis, coding, cross-segment comparisons, and evidence-linked reporting across multilingual datasets.

AILYZE design training sessions that emphasise AI methodological transparency, audit trails, and reviewer-ready reporting, including when and how to benchmark human–AI agreement, document analytic decisions, and manage uncertainty. A further focus is privacy-conscious practice for education and evaluation data within Singapore contexts, including safe handling of sensitive information and alignment with organisational governance expectations.

They also develop AI avatar interviewing workflows that help teams pilot interview guides, standardise data collection, and scale exploratory qualitative work while maintaining clear consent, appropriate safeguards, and human oversight.
