Jessica Lee Si Qi is a Senior Physiotherapist at the National Heart Centre, where she has been practising since 2012. She works with patients following cardiothoracic surgery across the acute and post‑operative phases of care. Her clinical practice includes respiratory care, early mobilisation, functional rehabilitation, and supporting patients’ recovery and return to daily activities after cardiac and thoracic surgery.

In addition to her clinical work, Jessica is actively involved in physiotherapy education and supervision. She has supervised and coached physiotherapy students on clinical attachment from both Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) and the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), supporting their development of clinical reasoning, practical skills, and professional practice within the cardiothoracic surgery setting. Jessica also provides Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) supervision for newly graduated physiotherapists, offering guidance and mentorship to support safe, competent, and evidence‑based practice in the cardiothoracic surgery area and contributes to clinical service delivery within unit.
