Julian is a Success Coach who works closely with Continuing Education and Training (CET) learners, supporting their personal, academic, and professional development throughout their learning journey. Drawing on a diverse background spanning the civil service, community engagement, and student development, he brings a holistic and learner-centred approach to coaching and facilitation. Passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals, Julian helps learners build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness as they navigate career transitions, further education, and personal growth. His coaching practice is grounded in creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage reflection, self-directed learning, and sustained development.

Beyond higher education, Julian is deeply committed to marine conservation and environmental stewardship. An avid diver, he volunteers his time leading dive expeditions and training divers in regional waters, fostering both technical competence and environmental responsibility. He also practises experiential facilitation and coaching as an archery instructor, using sport as a platform to develop focus, discipline, and personal growth.
