Dr Khine Pwint Nwe is a physician, digital health entrepreneur, and Founder and CEO of Z-waka, a Singapore-headquartered digital health platform working across Southeast Asia to strengthen healthcare professional education and health workforce capacity. With over 12 years of experience spanning clinical care, public health, health informatics, and digital health innovation, she has led the design and implementation of scalable CME/CPD-accredited learning programmes for doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.

Through Z-waka, Dr Khine works with more than 120 healthcare organisations, including medical societies, hospitals, universities, and global partners, to deliver technology-enabled medical education, digital training, peer learning, and data-driven engagement programmes. Her work focusses on moving beyond one-off educational events toward continuous learning ecosystems that support clinician engagement, practical knowledge application, and measurable improvement in healthcare delivery.

Dr Khine is a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree, Chevening Scholar, and YSEALI Fellow. She is widely recognised for her leadership in digital health, healthcare workforce innovation, and cross-border collaboration in Southeast Asia. She is passionate about designing practical, locally relevant education models that help busy clinicians access trusted knowledge and strengthen patient care.
