Dr Khoo Su Ann is a staff physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Singapore, with board certification in Paediatrics (MRCPCH (UK); MMed Paediatrics) and a Master’s in Medical Education from the University of Dundee. She is a clinical lecturer across the three medical schools in Singapore, and serves as a member of KKH Education Council and Quality Improvement committee. She holds core committee roles in the Centre of Interprofessional Healthcare Education (CIPHE), Centre for Healthcare Education and Research Scholarship (CHERS), and Centre of Healthcare Professional Educator Development (CHPED). Her contributions as a clinician educator have been recognised with the SingHealth Excellence Distinguished Educator Award (2025), the AMEI Golden Apple Award for Outstanding Young Educator (2024), and SingHealth RISE Award (2023).

Her publications, programmes and scholarly interests span across feedback, learning culture, interprofessional education and collaboration, communication and coaching skills among healthcare professionals.
