Ms Koh Sei Keng is a Senior Principal Clinical Pharmacist at Singapore General Hospital and serves as Senior Project Administrator at the Chief Pharmacist’s Office, Ministry of Health. Her professional interests include workforce development, assessment, and programme evaluation. 

As an educator, Sei Keng is actively involved in transforming postgraduate pharmacy training at both institutional and national levels. In 2019, she led the redesign of the SGH General Level Training Programme using Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs), informed by her learning at the Harvard Macy Institute. This EPA‑based approach was subsequently adopted nationally for pre‑registration pharmacist training and assessment in 2024. She is also involved in the national validation and revision of the Advanced Practice Framework and Development Framework for Pharmacists. 

Sei Keng serves as Vice‑Chair (Lifelong Learning) at the College of Clinical Pharmacy, where she contributes to programme development and the training of pharmacists in building professional portfolios for career development and progression. She also contributes to the professional pharmacy community as Ex‑Officio member of the Training Academy, Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, and as a mentor to early‑career pharmacists.
