Krithikaa Nadarajan graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2010. She subsequently trained in Internal Medicine and Advanced Internal Medicine in Singhealth. She is currently a Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine at Singapore General Hospital(SGH).

Her special interests include medical education and perioperative medicine. She is the Associate Programme Director for the the Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Programme. in Singhealth. She received the Inspiring Educator Award in 2015 and Outstanding Faculty Award in 2016, 2023 and 2024. The Singhealth SGH Internal Medicine PGY1 Programme which she helmed won the Best PGY1 Training Department Award in 2019. As the Associate Programme Director for the SingHealth PGY1 Programme and as a member of the SGH Performance Review Subcommittee, she has overseen the remediation of struggling PGY1s. As a medical educator, Krithikaa has also conducted various well-received workshops in medical education.
