Farzana is a Senior Staff Nurse with six years of clinical experience primarily gained in the Cardiovascular Medicine Unit (CVM). She recently transitioned to Nursing Development Unit and holds a role of a Clinical Instructor (CI) for nursing students.

She is actively involved in the College of Clinical Nursing (CCN), and the NHCS Nursing Education and Professional Development Council where she contributes to the teaching of undergraduate nursing students and supports training of new nurses in clinical settings. As a developing educator, she is passionate about continuous learning and has a strong interest in educational pedagogy and innovative approaches to clinical teaching. She uses iCARE to facilitate structured reflection and provide focused feedback, supporting learners’ development of clinical reasoning, confidence, and self‑directed learning.
