Ong Hwee Kuan is a Senior Principal Physiotherapist at Singapore General Hospital and Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology. She holds a Doctor of Clinical Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing both clinical and educational practice.

A/Prof Ong served as Deputy Co-Lead of the Centre for InterProfessional Healthcare Education (CIPHE) at SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre, where she provided strategic leadership in developing and delivering interprofessional healthcare education programmes across the cluster. She has co-led numerous IPE initiatives, including simulation-based interprofessional learning experiences and virtual interprofessional programmes in collaboration with the University of Toronto.
