Phylaine Toh is part of the vibrant team at the SGH Office of Wellbeing. Tapping on over seven years of experience in Art Therapy and frontline work, she is passionate about integrating narrative and humanistic approaches into clinician well being initiatives and healthcare education. A graduate Padawan of the 2024 Junior Educators Development Initiative (JEDI), Phylaine strives to apply her facilitation skills within medical education frameworks to surface, articulate, and integrate tacit learning in support of reflective and learner centred medical education. Outside of her administrative duties, Phylaine also serves as faculty with the SingHealth Duke NUS Medical Humanities Institute.
