Prasiddha Rama Rao is an Education Associate in the Student Affairs Department at Duke-NUS Medical School, where she develops initiatives and provides support to promote students’ psychological safety, well-being, resilience, and personal growth. 

With over 15 years of experience in education, she has designed and delivered evidence-based learning programmes that are structured, engaging, and inclusive. She has worked closely with students, service providers, and faculty, supporting both independent and collaborative learning.

As a lifelong learner herself, Prasiddha believes that authentic, meaningful, and sustained growth is nurtured through learner-educator relationships grounded in a safe and supportive environment.
