Dr Rachelle is a physiotherapist and healthcare educator with over a decade of experience in clinical education within the SingHealth organisation. Through years of direct coaching and workshop facilitation, she has refined teaching strategies that strengthen both educator and learner knowledge. Central to her educational practice is the belief that meaningful feedback - both given and received - is fundamental to enhancing learning and professional growth. She recognises that creating environments where feedback flows bidirectionally fosters deeper learning relationships and more effective educational outcomes.
