Samantha is a Senior Speech Therapist and Clinical Education Lead at Speech Language Therapy Service, KK Women's and Children's Hospital. She has pursued advanced training in the form of Executive Certificates in Technology Enhanced Learning for Health Professions Education as well as Qualitative Methods for Health Education Research and Quality Improvement from Duke-NUS.

On top of providing direct clinical supervision of students and staff, Samantha also oversees the various student and staff placements and supports the continued development of clinical educators. She was instrumental in transitioning the Service to a paired placement model with concurrent clinic sessions to meet the growing demand for more clinical placements and developed assessment tools to support clinical educators in this context.

A recipient of the SingHealth Allied Health Young Educator Award 2023, Samantha is passionate about building educator competence and confidence and fostering quality learning experiences for students and staff in clinical settings, while maintaining the quality of care provided to patients and their caregivers.
