Asst Prof Sarada is a scientist educator, certified career coach, and curriculum developer with expertise in professional development in research and healthcare environments. Her work focusses on equipping individuals and teams with the skills needed to thrive in complex academic and clinical settings. 

A Team-Based Learning practitioner and consultant, she designs and delivers curricula in foundational areas of education such as facilitation skills and professional development areas such as emotional intelligence and conflict management. She has a strong interest in applying insights from neuroscience to learning, behaviour, and team development. 

Asst Prof Sarada has led faculty development initiatives for health professions educators at SingHealth and early-career researchers at Duke-NUS. She supports educators and researchers in building collaborative, psychologically safe, and high-performing environments. 

Her broader vision is to advance systems-level integration of professional development into core curricula and workplace programmes, ensuring that interpersonal and leadership capabilities are recognised as essential to excellence in research, education, and healthcare.
