Ms Sheela Devi specialises in cardiology, with experience in cardiology high-dependency care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an Advanced Diploma in Medical-Surgical Nursing, and a Master of Science in Health Administration.

As a Senior Clinical Instructor, she has been actively involved in the design and delivery of programmes for both pre-registration and post-registration nurses, including the Preceptorship Programme and training for Care Support Associates. She also supports the development of Clinical Instructors, particularly in strengthening their role in the supervision and management of nursing students.

Ms Sheela Devi has contributed to several key educational initiatives at Changi General Hospital (CGH), including the development of a Clinical Teaching Guide, the educational board game ‘Nursing Brainiacs’, and a Clinical Pharmacology application to support practice-based learning. She is committed to preparing nurses for safe, competent, and confident practice, and has a strong interest in promoting well-being within the nursing profession.
