Ms Sukmawati Binte Supar graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Nursing. She has a diverse clinical background spanning psychiatric and medical-surgical nursing, providing a strong foundation in holistic patient care.

She further advanced her expertise by attaining an Advanced Diploma in Medical-Surgical Nursing and subsequently transitioned into Nursing Education. In her role as a Clinical Instructor, she is actively involved in the clinical supervision and preceptorship of undergraduate nursing students and newly registered nurses, supporting the development of clinical competencies, critical thinking, and professional practice.

Beyond undergraduate education, Ms Sukmawati is actively involved in post-registration education. She supports the training and upskilling of Care Support Associates through programme coordination and contributes to the design and development of teaching and learning materials for preceptorship programme at Changi General Hospital (CGH), strengthening the professional development of registered nurses as they advance in their clinical roles.
