Xing Hui (Michelle) is a paediatric Advanced Practice Nurse at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, bringing clinical expertise across diverse paediatric settings including the Children's Emergency Department, isolation wards, and medical paediatric wards. In her current role at the Children's Emergency Department, Michelle manages patients in the Extended Diagnostic Treatment Unit (EDTU) and delivers telemedicine video consultations for discharged patients. Her responsibilities encompass advanced triaging, clinical health assessments, investigation interpretation, and patient management in collaboration with senior physicians.

As a dedicated educator, Michelle demonstrates commitment to nursing professional development through multiple teaching roles. She conducts lectures and mentors nurses in the Clinical Immersion Programme (CIP), and delivers educational sessions for the SingHealth Graduate Diploma in Emergency & Trauma Nursing programme (GDETN).
