Hiu Kwan serves as the main facilitator for this OSCE workshop, bringing extensive practical experience in OSCE development and education. Over the past two years, she has led OSCE workshops teaching Advanced Practice Nurses how to build effective clinical assessments. She and her team developed this training program from scratch, covering question construction, vetting, and calibration processes.

Her expertise stems from three years leading the SGH OSCE exam committee for APN interns, overseeing all aspects of OSCE implementation from question development to exam delivery. She has successfully conducted two OSCE examinations with a third in development. 

Additionally, her role as the SingHealth OSCE committee provides broader perspectives on best practices across healthcare institutions, enriching her workshop content and approaches.
