Patsy Tan is a pharmacist with a strong passion for coaching and professional development, focussing on strengthening healthcare professions to communicate with clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Academy (ICA). She is an Associate Facilitator for the SingHealth CHEER programme that conducts CHEER workshops for Allied Health and Pharmacy teams to foster a more compassionate and psychologically safe workplace and improve patient centred communication.
