Ms Vickianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an Advanced Diploma in Medical-Surgical Nursing, and a Master of Science in Clinical Leadership. She has a strong clinical foundation in cardiology nursing, which underpins her contributions to nursing education. She is actively involved in classroom teaching and assessment for post-registration programmes, facilitating the application of theoretical knowledge to clinical practice. She also plays a key role in preparing nursing students for practice, supporting their transition into competent and confident professionals.

Ms Vickianne has led a cardiology-focussed quality improvement initiative and currently co-leads a project introducing core principles of intravenous medication administration for student nurses. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing clinical education and strengthening practice readiness.

She is dedicated to developing capable, practice-ready nurses through structured, purposeful, and learner-centred educational approaches.
