Ms Zeng Wenying is a Nurse Educator at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS) with over 30 years of nursing and education experience. She is passionate about evidence-based clinical education, innovation, and staff wellbeing, and applies a holistic, learner-centred approach to strengthen clinical learning and Self Regulated Learning (SRL). She is the developer and principal investigator of the iCARE model, which significantly improved students’ SRL, reflective practice, and clinical reasoning and is now integrated into NHCS practice through the digital iCARE Learning Portal. Wenying also serves as SingHealth iThrive faculty, facilitating mindfulness workshops to promote resilience, self-care, and wellbeing among healthcare professionals and learners.
