Ms Zheng Xiaoyan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Advanced Diploma in Medical-Surgical Nursing. She brings extensive clinical experience from general surgical wards and high dependency units, which continues to inform her work in nursing education.

In her current role, she supports student learning and contributes to the development of Clinical Instructors, working closely with them in the coordination, supervision, and management of nursing students to ensure effective and meaningful clinical learning experiences. She conducts classroom teaching for post-registration programmes, facilitating the integration of theoretical knowledge into clinical practice. She also coordinates key training initiatives, including the Enteral Care Programme and the Nursing Orientation Programme, ensuring that staff are well-prepared to deliver safe and effective care.

In addition, she contributes to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing nursing practice and patient care standards. Ms Xiaoyan remains committed to equipping nurses at all stages of their careers with the competencies required to deliver safe, competent, and compassionate care.
