Nikitha Karrai is the founder of Qbagoo, a creative multimedia company based in Singapore and Malaysia that blends technology and creativity to deliver interactive, engaging, and immersive digital experiences. With over a decade of experience in eLearning, gamification, AR/VR, and digital media, she has led Qbagoo in developing solutions that transform how people learn, train, and engage with content.

She collaborates with educators, businesses, and agencies to craft content that informs, entertains, and inspires, with a focus on turning static information into interactive, impactful experiences. Under her leadership, her previous company was recognized as the Best Bespoke Interactive Learning Solution Provider in Singapore, while her team’s educational projects have received awards and a mention in a Serious Games conference journal. In 2023, she was also shortlisted for the Women in IT Asia Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Passionate about innovation, Nikitha ensures that Qbagoo’s projects go beyond information delivery, creating meaningful user experiences that connect with diverse audiences.
