Having completed her fellowship with the Centre for Medical Simulation in Boston, USA, in 2013 and obtained her Masters in Health Professions Education at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, USA in 2020, Dr Elaine Tan is now an emergency physician at Changi General Hospital (CGH). With an interest in simulation-based education, Dr Tan is actively involved in multidisciplinary and interprofessional training using simulation, as well as conducting faculty development courses.
