Dr Tess Lin Teo is a consultant at the Department of Emergency Medicine, Singapore General Hospital with an interest in Education and Staff Wellness. She is an Associate Core Faculty member of the Singhealth Emergency Medicine Residency Program, leads the Singhealth PGY1 BLUES Peer Support Program and has been involved in various Staff Wellness committees within SGH. She hopes to continue to improve Peer Support for doctors and contribute further to efforts to improve the psychological wellness and resilience of residents and staff within the hospital.
