This 90-minute interactive workshop aims to equip participants with the skills to create realistic moulage for healthcare simulation, enhancing scenario authenticity and learner engagement. Through hands-on activities and innovative techniques, participants will learn to design and apply moulage that supports active learning in simulation-based education.

By the end of this 90-minute interactive workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify essential materials and techniques used in creating realistic moulage for healthcare simulation.
  2. Demonstrate basic moulage applications, including the creation of wounds, bruising, burns, and staple suturing.
  3. Design moulage elements that align with specific clinical scenarios to enhance realism and support learning objectives.
