Ms. Charissa Tan is the Deputy Head of the Occupational Therapy Department at Sengkang Community Hospital, with a strong commitment to clinical outcomes and team development. With a core passion in stroke rehabilitation, she has also cultivated keen interest in team effectiveness and staff well-being. She is one of the co-chairs of the SingHealth-Singapore Institute of Technology Stroke Community of Practice and contributes as a member of the Ministry of Health’s One Rehab Community Transformation Workgroup.
