Asst Prof Yeo Kee Thai is a senior consultant in the Department of Neonatology, KK Women's & Children's Hospital and a clinician scientist at the Singhealth Duke-NUS Translational Immunology Institute. I am board certified in general paediatrics, neonatal-perinatal medicine and paediatric infectious disease. I obtained my medical degree from McGill University in Canada before pursuing a Masters of Science from University College London in International Child Health. I subsequently completed my paediatric residency and fellowship training in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. I also completed a clinical/research fellowship in neonatology at the Royal Hospital for Women, Australia before moving to Singapore. My research interest is in understanding the clinical and immunologic determinants of neonatal sepsis and infections among preterm infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. My work has focused on neonatal epidemiology, neonatal infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance and neonatal immunology.
