Objective

Helix Immersion Programme (HIP) is a 12 months, full time on-the-job training fellowship programme for biomedical research and academic professionals looking to grow their careers in the life science industry. Nurture and equip talent with industrially relevant skills and building technical-business bilingualism. Under HIP, the C-suite programme is coordinated with NHIC

Through this programme, you can look forward to applying and developing your scientific expertise beyond academia, be exposed to a range of productisation cycles in the industry, and gain a deeper appreciation of biomedical innovation.

  • For this C-suite programme, interested candidates must find roles that specifically mention NHIC collaboration for “C-suite track”.
  • Those roles that do not mention “C-suite track” are not part of the HIP C-suite track, but part of the regular HIP and interested candidates will have to liaise directly with SG Innovate for it.

Explore roles available with our partner companies in a variety of domains. Currently, one C-suite role is available under Project Manager – Drug Discovery & Early Development (C-suite Track, TIBS x NHIC). Please check the website periodically for new roles.

Objectives of HIP C-Suite Track

Encouraging entrepreneurship and developing C-suite talents

  • C-suite talents with tri-competent capabilities (clinical, technical and commercial) to support the commercialization of biomedical research and bring nascent technologies to market.

Addressing C-suite talent shortage

  • Ecosystem stakeholders and reports have highlighted a lack of C-suite talent. As Singapore biomedtech companies continue to attract qualified experienced talent, we must also ensure a pipeline of such talent is built.
