The Clinical Services pillar polishes our processes. It aims to enhance quality of care through systemic integration of best practices, and ensure safety of patients and healthcare professionals alike. This pillar is made up of three domains:

• Core & Ambulatory Medicine: reinforces emergency responses to urgent life-threatening cases

• Special Emergency Medicine Interest Areas: addresses niche areas not traditionally within our purview (e.g. Pre-Hospital Care, Disaster Medicine)

• Quality Management: mitigates high risk factors in delicate processes Through extensive study of current practices, our faculty utilises data-driven insights to establish workflow excellence, helping us achieve more with less.
