Through shared reflection and creative expression, participants are invited to reconnect with moments of hope, meaning and self-compassion - outcomes directly relevant to sustaining the empathy and resilience that healthcare work demands. Developed in partnership with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, the workshop draws on years of experience using songwriting as a tool for wellbeing, connection and healing. Maximum tour capacity of 30 pax.
Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) by National Gallery Singapore
Discover a new way of looking at art through Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), an arts-based pedagogy that uses a specific questioning framework to encourage close observation and careful listening. Developed by museum educators and increasingly adopted in clinical settings, VTS offers healthcare professionals a unique opportunity to engage with the humanities while strengthening skills that are vital to practice, such as diagnostic observation and tolerance for ambiguity. In this inaugural collaboration with National Gallery Singapore, gain a firsthand experience of VTS featuring Southeast Asian artworks and discover how engagement with the arts develops our capacity for wonder, reflection and connection. This is an interactive programme. Participants are encouraged to share, reflect and embrace multiple perspectives. No prior experience in art or medicine is required. Maximum tour capacity of 12 pax.
