Chief among these is the Academic Medicine Advisory Council (AMAC) Meeting - a signature triennial gathering of our AM community and AMC leaders to examine and reflect on the latest developments in academic health systems, in dialogue with internationally renowned academic clinicians, as we chart the way forward and emerge stronger as an AMC. AMC Jive After Five The first-ever faculty networking series aimed at strengthening faculty engagement and collaborations among the faculties across SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC by creating a casual setting for social contact and conversations. Free drinks and light bites are provided!
Peer Support Group Events The Peer Support Group is a Joint Office of Academic Medicine – Academic Programmes Management Department (JOAM – APMD) initiative to develop an ecosystem to support the Academic Career development of Clinician Researchers and Research Scientists, while building community and culture.

SingHealth Duke-NUS Research Talent Awards Ceremony 2026 On 26 February 2026, 58 clinician-researchers and residents were recognised across multiple award schemes administered by the Joint Office of Academic Medicine (JOAM), each reflecting a commitment to advancing patient care through research.
Duke-NUS Dean’s Celebration 2026: Recognising Research Excellence, Mentorship, and the new CRAFTS Initiative On 5 February 2026, the Duke-NUS Dean’s Celebration event organised by CCS+D recognised 34 clinician-scientists and clinician-innovators for their achievement in securing prestigious NMRC awards – milestones that reflect both individual excellence and the collective strength of the AMC.
Inaugural Distinguished Professor Recognition Ceremony On 17 January 2025, Duke-NUS honoured an outstanding group of faculty at its inaugural DP Recognition Ceremony, showcasing the School's commitment to excellence during its landmark 20th anniversary year.
CIVA/CTDA Inaugural Awards Ceremony On 18 August 2023, an inaugural Awards Ceremony took place to honour and recognize all outstanding clinician researchers who have successfully received the Clinician Investigator Advancement Award (CIVA) and Clinical Trialist Development Award (CTDA) in 2023 and 2022.
