Education is a continuous learning process, and at AMEI, our mission is to build the capabilities of healthcare educators and raise the standards of healthcare education for better patient care. Together with NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE), AMEI is pleased to introduce a series of accredited and professional development courses for healthcare educators to acquire competencies in new skills areas that are highly relevant to the healthcare needs. Upon completion of these courses, healthcare educators can look forward to receiving the NUS Executive Certificate.
The NUS Executive Certificate courses are offered on a part-time basis for working adults who wish to plug their knowledge gap and stay relevant by keeping abreast of the latest technological developments. Each Executive Certificate can generally be completed within one semester, and is equivalent to 4 units. They can be accessed either as an academic course or as a sequence of micro courses (each typically around 9 hours in duration). Units attained through completion of the Executive Certificates courses can be stacked towards the fulfilment of higher qualification programmes.
