Asst Prof Sarada Bulchand
Assistant Professor, DEA and Graduate Studies, Duke-NUS Medical School

Sarada Bulchand leads the Duke-NUS Centre for Career Readiness. She is the Deputy Co-Lead for the Centre for Clinician Educator Development at the Duke-NUS SingHealth Academic Medical Centre, and is Co-Director of the Duke-NUS Premed Course. Dr Bulchand is a WSG certified career coach. She is trained in Immunity to Change and Conflict Management. She runs programmes in emotional intelligence for emerging leaders. Her expertise in education is Team Based Learning and instructional design. She received her PhD from NUS in Molecular Biology and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in metabolic disorders at Duke-NUS. She was a recipient of the Singapore Millennium Foundation Fellowship. She has coached several early career researchers and healthcare educators in their professional endeavours.

She uses her research experience together with frameworks in career development and adult learning to develop individuals and build communities in the spirit of lifelong learning.
