As a Medical Social Worker, Cerene she has amassed a wealth of experience in critical care and trauma, and works closely with her patients that entails the provision of psycho-emotional and practical support to them and their families in the high stress environment of Intensive Care Units. Another of her significant work in critical care, is the management of families of potential cadaveric organ donors..

Cerene is a Clinical Educator, and also holds the role of Deputy AHP Education Lead of AHP Education Office in CGH. She has a strong passion and interest in curriculum designing, simulation-based learning, and interprofessional education and collaboration, and is active in interprofessional trainings, facilitation, and curriculum development.
