Clinical Adjunct Associate Professor Yvonne Goh is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Emergency Medicine, Changi General Hospital (CGH) with a special interest in simulation, faculty development and interprofessional education. She completed her HMDP fellowship in Simulation Trauma and Education at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto in 2014, alongside a Masters in Medical Education Leadership from University of New England Maine.
She is currently serving as Assistant Designated Institutional Officer, director of postgraduate medical education and director of Interprofessional Education (IPE)/Interprofessional collaborative patient care(IPCP) in CGH and vice chair of education for SingHealth Duke-NUS Emergency Medicine Academic Clinical Program. Nationally she also consults with MOH PTAS as a part time senior consultant on Entrustable Professional Activities and the transition of specialist training to the new Accreditation Postgraduate Medical Education System framework.
She leads and facilitates interprofessional simulation-based team training in trauma and emergency care and serves as faculty in simulation instructor courses by SIMs. In CGH, she also designs and facilitates IPE faculty development courses.
