Clin Asst Prof Asadi Negar

Dr Negar Asadi is an Australian trained specialist anaesthetist who is a senior consultant with the Department of Anaesthesiology at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She obtained her basic medical degree (MBBS) from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2003 and was admitted as the Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2012.

Her interest and expertise is in cardiothoracic, neuro and ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia. She is dedicated to medical education and has held various academic positions including teaching positions at the University of New South Wales, the Chinese University of Hong Kong* and National University of Singapore. She is the Deputy Vice Chair of Education in Academic Clinical Program for the Anaesthesiology and Perioperative Sciences of the Singhealth Duke-NUS.
