How we work together: We INSPIRE educators through 7 principles

Our Organising Principles are framed using the INSPIRE mnemonic. These principles guide how education is designed, implemented and evaluated across the AMC. They emphasise connecting across professions through communities of practice, embracing diversity, and focusing on interprofessional education and collaboration. They also emphasise how education should be underpinned by scholarship, and highlight situated learning at the workplace. Finally, learning for reflection, whether at individual or organisational level, is encouraged.
