What we focus on: People, Learning and Impact

Education is a shared endeavour across the AMC. The strategic priorities aim to advance learning by focusing on three linked approaches: People, Learning and Impact.

We use a systems lens to show how each priority is planned and implemented at different system levels from micro- to macro-system. By focusing on developing people and improving their learning, we advance education.  With organisational learning, using data for evaluation, and through educational scholarship and strategic partnerships, we create impact and enhance health for the patients and populations that we serve.
