Tamoxifen is a medicine that is used to treat breast cancer. It works by blocking the effect of the female hormone, estrogen.
Inform your doctor if any of the following occurs:
Grapefruit and its juice.
It is a tablet, to be taken by mouth. It may be taken with or without food, with a glass of water or juice.
If you overdose on Tamoxifen, inform your doctor immediately.
