Clinician-Informatician Peer Support Group (PSG)

The Clinician-Informatician Peer Support Group (PSG) supports a clinician-informatician community for clinicians who are involved in, or curious about digital health, clinical informatics, data science, and AI in healthcare. As a peer-driven network designed to support learning, connection, and shared growth in a rapidly evolving field, it provides:

  1. Peer support
  2. A platform for like-minded colleagues to develop a sustained professional interest and identify in the domain of clinical / health informatics
  3. Informal leadership engagement with the group when necessary, while the group gains visibility and momentum for its development.

Our goal is to create a safe, collegial space where clinicians can:

Exchange ideas and experiences from real-world digital health and AI projects

Stay updated on developments within the SingHealth ecosystem, as well as national and global trends that affect clinical informatics and healthcare AI work



Learn from one another across disciplines and institutions



Build relationships that may lead to future collaborations, research, or innovation initiatives

Who is this group for?

This group welcomes all SingHealth clinicians, including doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. You may already be actively working on the following or you may simply be interested and exploring:

  • Digital health initiatives
  • Clinical informatics or health IT projects
  • Data science or AI applications in healthcare
What we hope to build

By bringing clinicians together across specialties and professional roles, we aim to:

  • Grow a strong clinician-led informatics community within SingHealth
  • Encourage shared understanding of workflows, data, governance, and real-world constraints
  • Support thoughtful, responsible, and clinically meaningful use of technology
  • Strengthen informal mentorship and peer support in this space
