Faculty Professorship in Supportive and Palliative Care

The Faculty Professorship in Supportive and Palliative Care has been established with a generous donation from the Goh Foundation.

The Goh Foundation, established by philanthropist Mr. Goh Cheng Liang, focuses on community-based initiatives in education, medicine, and development. They support programmes aimed at improving the quality of human lives through various means, including scholarships, bursaries, and medical research. The foundation has notably pledged significant funds to transform supportive and palliative care in Singapore.

This Faculty Professorship will support the named holder in leading and nurturing the next generation of researchers in supportive and palliative care. This Faculty Professorship will also catalyse innovation in supportive and palliative care delivery models to improve care for persons with serious illnesses and their families.
